Counseling Services

Getting started is easy. Call the scheduling office to start a brief intake process. Once your file is set up, the scheduler will gather some information about what brings you or a family member in for counseling. Matching you with the right counselor is important to us, so we do this process during our phone call with you, not through email, texting, or online. We guarantee you a good match, so if you do not feel a good fit with your counselor, please call us back so that we can make another match for you. You will start over with your total sessions. For more information on our counselors, go to Our Therapists.

All services are confidential.

Your employer will receive no information about your personal usage of services.

Your employer provides complete coverage for multiple counseling visits per year for you and your family. (Please see Eligibility information  on the Client Services page.) Your sessions will be in person or on Zoom with one of our trained Master’s level therapists. How to prepare for your video counseling session:

All you need for your counseling session is a private location and a cellphone or laptop.

Before your session, you need to download the app for Zoom on your phone or laptop.

Your counselor will text or email you a link before the start of your session. We will use the cell number or email address that we have on file. If you need to change that, let your counselor or the office know.

Click the link provided through the text or email. It will open your video session. Click on "allow internet audio."

Voice Only Session

If you do not want to use video counseling you may opt for voice only using the number you have provided us.

Cancel a session

As a courtesy to your counselor and other clients, please cancel your session at least 24 hours ahead. Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be counted as one of your sessions, unless deemed an emergency.

I feel [my counselor] was truly interested and invested in me and helped me resolve any of the internal conflicts I was struggling with. I wish I could have her around all the time, but I know the time we have worked together has changed me for the better.
