Counseling Services

Getting started is easy. Call the scheduling office to start a brief intake process. Once your file is set up, the scheduler will gather some information about what brings you or a family member in for counseling. Matching you with the right counselor is important to us, so we do this process during our phone call with you, not through email, texting, or online. We guarantee you a good match, so if you do not feel a good fit with your counselor, please call us back so that we can make another match for you. You will start over with your total sessions. For more information on our counselors, go to Our Therapists.

All services are confidential.

Your employer will receive no information about your personal usage of services.

Your employer provides complete coverage for multiple counseling visits per year for you and your family. (Please see Eligibility information  on the Client Services page.) I feel [my counselor] was truly interested and invested in me and helped me resolve any of the internal conflicts I was struggling with. I wish I could have her around all the time, but I know the time we have worked together has changed me for the better.
